Changing the .spr is modifying the tibia client wich isnt allowed :)

It is not illegal.

But it is unsuported and incase client crash's e,t,c it is the modifier, or the person who instaled it's fault. Therefor its a use at own risk, Kind of like exp counters.

Then you must know more about the rules than many GM's do since this topic have been discussed before and the GM's said it was illegal. And exp counters are illegal aswell.
