Too simple, try using more Filters, but it's quite nice. But i still hate wow with all of my heart.

Yeah. But im not the best one with Photoshop yet. Im stil learning.

More filter?! You're crazy. The filter already there is bad enough, what version of Photoshop do you use? I think you should try to aquire a few brushes instead.

Looks neat, though I'd recommend you to do something else with the background. The current filter doesn't look way too good. On a sidenote, I believe it's called a signature. ;) Userbars are the tiny little ones, yours is a bit too big to be a userbar I suppose.

PS 7, and i have ALOT of brushes..
