I've actually never looked at it that way, but I think you're right. Though, I am too lazy to change it in a while, I'll put it in my notebook. ;)

I think it looks great, love the style!
I'm no pro at this, but perhaps his biceps is a bit strange? To me it might look like he has a second elbow. Anyhow, neat drawing. :P

That should be the real size.

The biceps isn't the actual problem with his arms but rather his triceps.
And his left arm has dropped a bit too far down from his shoulder.

It is indeed Tibia related art. What else would it be? He's holding a dragon shield and a fire sword and it's posted in a Tibia forum. Sounds Tibia art-ish to me.

He's freezing his hands off, so he put the sword like that to heat it up again! :D
..err, but seriously, I see nothing wrong with pointing the sword down.. it's not like he's in a battle stance.

You've got a fully grown personal style and it looks great...

well, now that i think of it, there is one little detail that flaws the picture.,..
The leg that isn't hidden behind the cloak looks a little as if it is stepping backwards and in the direction of the fire sword... Doesn't reaaallllyl look like he's standing still.
But it's still cool.

The fire is really bad, I know. Still practising flames.. so uhh.. yah. Anyway.. I am working on an Amazon .. so you might get a shot of it soon! :D

It's very nice. The only wrong is the muscles, they look a bit unrealistic. But I can't do better on my own. Keep it up!
