Okay, I didn't know where to but this thread so I decided to put it in here.

Well, let's come to the point.
I wonder if anyone know how to change your weapons etc you have made, into spr-files so you can put them in the game.

And then I've an other question, is it "legal " to do it. :/

It is not legal since you are modifying the game (read the license agreement).
