It's treasure island. I think you need a treasure map (pirate, not that one u can buy) and then dig around on treasure island until it spawns a scorpion were u dig. When u have killed the scorpion, dig there again and a hole apears.

Even you know that theres GHOSTS and PIRATE GHOSTS in Tibia. And you are not at Nargor.
