This is pretty simple. You just rate the avatar of the person above you (1 - 5) along with a brief comment about the avatar.

Rules:

1. You may not post insultive comments.

2. Your comments should be about the avatar alone, and not about the user.

3. If you do not have an avatar, you may post a picture of an avatar for the others to comment.

4. It is allowed to post even if you do not have an avatar, but you cannot rate an avatar that does not exist.
