TibiaBR interview Mateusz Dragon Wielki
Always busy and in a hurry, the polish Mateusz Dragon Wielki, 22 years old, quickly answered our questions. Just like someone that have no time to lose, this was a very quick interview, he said just the enough, just like in Tibia: fast as a lightning, as only a level 291 could be. Mateusz told us a little bit about his difficulties in Harmonia, why his choice as druid, and he made some interesting affirmations: said that it's easier to hunt in pvp worlds, he does not play for fame, and he plays only a little bit more than average harmonia players. Is this possible? The numbers are awesome, he is the highest leveled player in Tibia. =D

TibiaBR.com: Hello...Mateusz...lets begin the interview :) Where are you from, Mateusz?
Mateusz: I'm from Poland.
TibiaBR.com: What's your real name, and how old are you?
Mateusz: My name is Mateusz and I'm 22.
TibiaBR.com: Do you work, study...?
Mateusz: Both.
TibiaBR.com: Could you talk about how did you begin playing, who did introduce you to the game...?
Mateusz: Friend from other game.
TibiaBR.com: Have you been playing for a long time? When did you begin?
Mateusz: I started to playing over 2 years ago at january 2005.
TibiaBR.com: Have you already played in another world?
Mateusz: Yes I did, I have chars at other worlds like Refugia and Obsidia.
TibiaBR.com: Why did you choose Harmonia, a non-pvp world?
Mateusz: I like the name of this world and my friend was playing this server.
TibiaBR.com: Nowadays, what do you think about Harmonia?
Mateusz: It's not so old world, but item prices are way too low, many of us barely pay for our runes/mfs used at hunts. Harmonia is one of the most overcrowded servers in Tibia which cause lags. Also there is way too much sharers here. I hope that soon CipSoft will do something with it.

TibiaBR.com: You're a druid, which is not a very common choice, speciallly if your main goal is gaining level quickly. Why did you choose this vocation?
Mateusz: At begining I didn't think about fast lvling, I choosed druid because I was told it's easy to earn with it.
TibiaBR.com: Do you have any idol in game? Who is it, and why?
Mateusz: I don't have any idol in game, but sometimes I would like to have Sorcerer of the dark age ideas and potential to pgming.
TibiaBR.com: What's your biggest motivation for gaining levels so quickly?
Mateusz: There is no motivation, I just play like I used to.
TibiaBR.com: How long did you take to get where you are today?
Mateusz: Not even 2 years. After I made level 100, I played about couple months at Refugia.
TibiaBR.com: Do you think the fact of Harmonia be a non-pvp world makes the leveling easier?
Mateusz: No it's not, at non-pvp is way much harder to lvl up, since many ppl can disturb you and there is no way to stop them. At pvp you would say "Leave or hunted" and that would be all.
TibiaBR.com: Do you sacrifice too much of your real life for the game? Do think it's worth it?
Mateusz: No I don't. I play a little bit more then avarange harmonia player. Since I work and study it's very hard to find me online at 8-14. I also meet with friends that's why I'm not online from ~14 to late night hours. I get back to home eat some dinner then play for couple hours then I take some time off to do somethings irl, after that I online till 12am or 3am deppends on day. So as you see even if I play 8hrs/day I have many time for myself irl.
TibiaBR.com: What's the secret of having such great level progression?
Mateusz: Most of the time online I spend at gaining exp. I do it regularly since beginning.

TibiaBR.com: About your non-stop hunting... do you really have fun doing it, or do you mainly think about fame?
Mateusz: I play for fun not for fame ;)
TibiaBR.com: Talking about fame, how is it to be the highest level on Tibia? Do people bother you with private messages? How do you deal with it?
Mateusz: I don't pay much attention to beeing highest lvl on Tibia. Each day I get many private messages, but mostly I'm not able to answer them since I hunt in place where I can die in 3 secounds when I don't pay attention. Also many of msges are offencive, that's why my ignore list is bigger then Vip list ;)
TibiaBR.com: Harmonia was the first world to do the Pits of Inferno Quest. What do you think about this new dungeon?
Mateusz: It's ok, too bad that we are can't hunt there for exp or loot. For leading tops of harmonia which I mean (Achon Elaw, Herganon, Kiryh, Pancras Dragonheart, Sorcerer of the dark age and me) it's not anymore a challenge since we made this quest 3 times and we are going to make it once again in next weekend. Our six easly clear all seals and way to.
TibiaBR.com: If CipSoft would implement a battle mode between different servers, would you join it?
Mateusz: I would love to :)
