Hey all, I am trying to make a site, i have ameature knowledge in html, and that's about it. I want to make a site that is free, has no advertisement banners (or few of them), and is a small url. I don't want to pay for anything, and i don't want to hassle with a lot of scripting.

It's a guild site, it will show the news, and then have forums.
