Sorry do not know if its sarcasm but what the hell. Ill go on.

You get 3 Bast Skirts and you visit A Sweaty Cyclops in AB with a Dragon Shield. NOTICE: You only have to trade in 3 Bast Skirts the first time. Then you can ex-change items for metals without having to give any Bast Skirts. The steels and the required items for it are:
Dragon Shield for Piece of Draconian Steel
Devil Helmet for Piece of Hell Steel
Crown Armor for Royal Steel
Giant Sword for Huge Chunk of Crude Iron

These will come in handy with other addon quests.

Ok, so you trade in the Bast Skirts by saying forge/work/mission [or something in that style] and he will be like "I will forge stuff for you but I need a Bask Skirt for my wife...but since she is big I need three."
So then you trade in your Dragon Shield for a Piece of Draconian Steel [The metal code name is "uth'lokr"]. After you get your steel head to Kaz and visit Uzgod [the guy who buys/sells weapons under DP]. Ask him for a Obsidian knife and he will trade it for a Piece of Draconian Steel and a Obsidian Lance.
